Cassandra J. Rodgers's Page

I would like to introduce you to my youngest daughter. Her friends and family call her Cassie or C. J. Cassie was born on a beautiful spring day in April. This is two day old Cassie arriving home.

Cassie has always been a beautiful child. I nicknamed her Kissie Cassie because she would kiss all over my face. Her Uncle Shane nicknamed her Gigglett because she would laugh as she held around your neck tightly while showering your face with kisses. Cassie loved story time and music.

My Cassie is growing into a beautiful young lady all too quickly. She enters high school in a few days and she is so excited while I sit thinking of how fast the years passed by. Last year she performed at Nashville's TPAC . It was absolutely fabulous. She worked very hard through out the year and her performance on stage was breathtaking.

Family time is a cherished time for Cassie. She loves spending time with her sisters. Last year she worked hard to throw me a surprise birthday party and it was great. She had my sisters and my friends here. She loves dancing with her older sisters or sharing Stephanie's art studio.

Cassandra enjoys the world's gifts reflecting warm joy to all who meet her. She has a sea of friends and she speaks two languages. Time speeds by in a whirlwind and when the dust settles a beautiful young woman stands in the mist.

This is Cassie as she leaves for her first formal school dance. Of course like all my other children  she is saying, "Enough with the camera Mom!" I hope her smile continues to brighten the days of others. And I must thank her greatly for sitting with me as we continue to experiment with finishing this website. She has been a great help and we have enjoyed a lot of laughter with this project. Thank you sweetie for sharing your time, laughter and knowledge with me.
